Accommodation Booking Terms
A 50% deposit of total value is required to secure a booking.
Deposits paid are only refundable in terms of our accommodation cancellation policy.
Check in time from 11h00 - Check out time by 10h00

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
For non-arrival or premature departure 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable. Cancellation cost is calculated from the day prior to arrival date and is based on deposit paid:

Within 7 days 100% of deposit, Within 14 days 75% of deposit,
Within 21 days 50% of deposit, Within 28 days 25% of deposit

If Payment has been made via a Credit Card, any refund can only be made against the same Credit Card. Any refund would have the amount of Commission and Service Fee paid for the transaction, deducted. Cancellation notification must be received by us in writing.

Full payment must be paid before departure.


Tour Booking Terms

Price for children will be quoted, dependant on age, size of group, tour duration and suitability of tour for children.

General terms and Conditions

Jam Backpackers (Pty) Ltd shall at no time be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused or arising in connection with any transportation, accommodation and other services provided through or by the company, or as a result of acts of god, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbance, theft or any other circumstances beyond our control.

No liability of any kind shall fall upon Jam Backpackers (Pty) Ltd with respect to cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance is vital and it is the guest's responsibility to have all relative paper work available.

Full payment must be paid before departure on any tour.
